- Location data: location used for gym verification during check-ins.
Location data is only collected during active check-ins and is not tracked continuously in the background.

- To create and manage your account.
- To run commitment plans, check-ins, and streak tracking.
- To verify check-ins, including gym-related location checks when required.
- To improve reliability, security, and product quality.
3. Third-Party Services
Fitness Vow uses trusted providers to operate core features:
- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) for account and app data infrastructure.
- Stripe for payment processing on web checkout flows.
These providers process data under their own privacy and security policies.
Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers. Fitness Vow does not store full payment details.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as secure transport, access controls, and managed cloud security features to protect your information. No system is 100% risk-free, but we continuously work to improve security.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it when possible.
